Not ready to move today? 

If you’re looking to build a plan for the long term, and you are at least 55 years of age, you can submit an application for our priority wait list. (The application does not guarantee an accommodation, but indicates you’re interested.) This helps us to be ready when you’re ready.

Is a Deposit Due with the Application?

Include a $1,000 deposit to place your name on the entrance fee or rental fee priority list.

Your deposit will be credited to your application deposit when you apply for a retirement living accommodation. We’ll notify you when your preferred living option is available.

What Happens When I Reach the Top of the List?

When you reach the top of the priority list and are offered an apartment of your preference within your designated time frame, you have 48 hours to accept or reject the offer. If the offer is rejected, the applicant will remain on the list unless a refund is requested.
