With 12 retirement living apartment floor plans to choose from, ranging from 689 to 1,120 square feet, you can find the ideal home on our beautiful campus. Options include one-bedroom, one-bedroom den and two-bedroom layouts. Each apartment features high ceilings, large closets, a washer and dryer and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, and some include balconies or patios. Select from entrance fee and rental options to suit your budget (learn more about costs here).

From your front door, enjoy convenient indoor access to amenities and activities throughout the campus, as well as common areas and an interior courtyard.

Apartments within the Village Green area, as well as the Brown, Village, Louis Eisenlohr, Charles Eisenlohr, Smith North and Smith South buildings, provide the right amount of space for a variety of budgets.

These beautiful stone and brick apartment buildings are each unique, offering character and comfort. All buildings feature porches and common areas to socialize with friends and neighbors, indoors and out.

Entrance Fee and Rental Apartments Available

The entrance fee plans allow residents to take advantage of the many services and amenities on campus. Monthly fees cover day-to-day services and maintenance.

Rental apartments at Masonic Village provide an opportunity for residents to live in a one or two-bedroom apartment paying a monthly rental fee in lieu of paying an entrance fee and monthly service fee.
